Miscellaneous Monthly Must-Haves | January

9:15 am

With January coming to an end and the New Years resolutions taking a step back I think it's safe to say that we're all getting back into the swing of the New Year. What a better way to round January up than with a monthly favourites. This month has been overwhelming from starting college again, getting our AS certificates to finally getting the chance to work with an incredible company in writing my first ever sponsored post!

+ Falcon Ring
I recently bought this on a whim when I came across it in the Museum gift shop I thought it was the prettiest thing ever! It's supposed to be an egyptian falcon hence its body and wings that wrap around your finger. It's a little more chunkier than the rings I'm used to but nevertheless it's quickly made its way into my everyday rings.

+ Grey chunky knitted Cardigan
This has quickly replaced my light grey maxi cardigan which I pretty much have worn to its death but it's still going strong. I like this one slightly more because of it's super over-sized-ness and the colour of the knit with shades of grey, white and black all intertwined together. This can be worn with anything, I like pairing it with boyfriend jeans & a white shirt.

+ Sleek Contour Kit in 'light'
This palette has made a huge comeback especially because I'm using both the highlighter & blush from this. I'm not a fan of the contour because it's a little too orange for me even though in the picture it looks incredibly cool-toned. This highlight is perfect for a natural looking glow but it can be built up.

+ The Idea of Law by Dennis Lloyd
You guys are going to be hearing a lot more about my favourite books that I am reading at the moment {most if not all will be law-based}. This month is the Idea of Law, it focuses mainly on how law came about and its origins like Natural Law along with mentioning key philosophers like Plato and Aristotle.

+ Coated black jeans H&M
I've always wanted a pair of coated jeans since seeing them styled on Instagram really well with shirts tucked in and accessorised with bags and belts. What I like about this pair is that they're coated but they don't have that overly-leather look which can often come across as quite trashy in my opinion if not worn well.
