I headed to London yesterday to visit the Inner Temple, if you're a law student then you must be familiar with the 4 Inns of Court. We also sat in the Supreme Court and situated just a few metres away was Lady Hale, (yes, my law-ass was fangirling). Covent Garden was beautiful too, so here's a few photos from yesterday.
I have not done a makeup review in what feels like forever, but I think we can all agree my blog is more fashion focused despite my lack of outfit posts. I promise you they are coming! I thought I would share a little review of the Anastasia Modern Renaissance palette which has been so hyped up.
What I like:
+ The shade range, while it may look like a more pink-toned palette there are a fair amount of neutral shades.
+ Golden ochre, raw sienna & realgar are my absolute favourite shades, can you tell I love a good burnt orange.
+ The pigmentation, every single shade in this palette is super pigmented, even the glitters.
What I don't like:
+ The packaging, as much as I adore the pink suede it's just not practical, now I am rather good at keeping my makeup clean but those who aren't are going to struggle.
+ The larger ended brush, first of all this sheds like there's no tomorrow, it's also not the softest brush it's actually quite prickly.
+ The fallout, these shades are powdery, really powdery but they blend like a dream.
This Leopard print coat has been my saviour for this in-between awkward transition between Autumn and Winter because it is thick enough to keep you warm. Personally leopard print is going to be huge this year and I think it goes great with an all-black outfit or even good pair of denim jeans.
+ Boots - Faux suede buckled boots
After purchasing these in March and constantly longing for months to wear these, its finally appropriate to wear boots but to be quite frank you could get away with wearing boots all year round especially with the weather in Britain that never fails to disappoint.
+ Cosy Knits - Bright blue jumper
I do not want to take this jumper off, ever! I adore the colour of this jumper and the chunky knit, it is absolutely gorgeous. It's a great way to keep warm while making a statement during the Winter season.
